Immediate Access — What It Means
Completing a WebMentor purchase activates full personal access to the enrolled program from that moment. Content available immediately includes:
- System architecture and design modules
- Data processing and pipeline engineering content
- Integration pattern references and API design frameworks
- Performance engineering and production operations guides
- Technical decision-making frameworks and architectural case studies
- All supplementary technical references included at time of purchase
Access is:
- Tied to the purchasing account — non-transferable
- Not shareable with other individuals or teams
- Single-user license only
- Permanently accessible — no expiry window applied to access
Five Days to Evaluate
From the moment of purchase, a five-day evaluation window is open. The purpose is straightforward — assess whether the program’s depth, technical approach, and subject coverage match your current engineering development needs before you engage with the content substantially.
Within scope during this period:
- Reading through module structure and architectural scope
- Reviewing introductory sections to assess technical depth and approach
- Evaluating whether the design domains covered match the problems you are currently working on
Outside scope during this period:
- Progressing substantially through the technical content
- Applying architectural frameworks or design methodologies from the program to active engineering work before submitting a return request
- Completing modules and then requesting a refund
Requests reflecting substantial content engagement rather than genuine evaluation will not be approved.
None of the following affect this determination:
- Program completion status
- Time elapsed since purchase date
- Remaining unaccessed content volume
- Program price point
Partial refunds for programs accessed beyond the threshold are not issued under any circumstances.
Submitting a Request
To submit within the eligible window, send the following to our support team:
- Email address registered to the WebMentor account
- Order confirmation number
- Name of the program for which a refund is requested
No detailed technical or personal explanation required. Requests are processed using account verification and content access data. Requests from unregistered addresses or without a valid order number require identity verification before review can begin.
Post-Submission Sequence
Once received, requests move through the following stages:
- Stage 1 / 48 hours — account usage reviewed, response sent confirming approval, requesting clarification, or confirming ineligibility
- Stage 2 / On approval — refund initiated to the original payment method used at checkout
- Stage 3 / 7–14 business days — funds received at the payment method, subject to the processing schedule of the bank or payment provider
The Stage 3 window is set entirely by the financial institutions involved. It cannot be shortened by WebMentor regardless of circumstances.
